Tuition for 11+
Due to overwhelming demand for eleven plus tutoring, the only way we can ensure that the majority of students can get some form of tutoring before the tests, is to consider offering small group tuition.
This will probably be held on three consecutive Saturdays at a central location. To give children the maximum support to succeed in the exams, they will be expected to enrol for all three sessions.
These sessions will be open to Year 5 pupils who have achieved at least level 4 in Mathematics and English. However, numbers will be limited to ensure a optimum pupil-teacher ratio.
Provisional arrangements are as follows:
Arrival and registration between 9.15am and 9.25am
Lessons will begin promptly at 9.30am
Short break between 10.45am to 11.00am - refreshments provided
Lessons continue 11.00am to 12.30pm
Children will need to be collected by 12.45pm at the latest.
Aspects covered will include the four papers involved in the Kent tests: Mathematics, English, Verbal Reasoning, and Non-Verbal Reasoning; as well as exam technique.
Costs are likely to be in the region of £65 per child for each session; £195 for the full course.

Code of conduct: We expect a happy learning environment, where everyone behaves considerately towards others. Consequently, there will be zero tolerance of poor behaviour. This is for the benefit of all children.
